Arising, being present, awake and aware, there is a continual response (prana, life energy) within each of us. This response is the potential that guides and informs our thoughts, words and actions. Let us become more acutely aware of our own innate wellspring of body wisdom. Let us learn to listen with care and receptivity to the pain and pleasure, sorrow and joy, fear and love that show up in this human existence.
